A Handling Charge of $4.00 is applied per order.
This handling charge will also apply to orders shipped Collect. |

In
most cases orders ship within 24 hours.
Orders received by 12.00 pm (PST) will usually ship the same day. |

Back Orders |
Legend Inc endeavors to maintain an adequate stock of all listed
items. Occasionally we are unable to supply from stock and it
becomes necessary to place these items on back order. When this
happens, you will be contacted to see whether you wish to wait and
ship complete or ship the items in stock and back order.
Where you choose to ship and back order, additional shipping charges
will apply to the back ordered items. |

Shipping Costs |
Due to the variety of product weights,
sizes and the "Fragile" nature and extra packaging requirements on
some of our products, our website is not always able to provide
accurate shipping costs.
This is especially so in the case
of large orders and orders containing fragile products that require
additional packaging for safe transit.
In these cases we will contact you for approval to any freight
changes prior to shipping your order. |

Truck Shipments |

Some larger orders are
better shipped via Truck. If this is the case we will contact you
for approval with Freight Charges / Changes prior to shipping. |

Hazardous Materials |

Hazardous items
ordered on online for UPS Ground shipping have the Hazmat Handling
Fee included in the shipping costs. |

Shipments |
The Customer or Consignee is
responsible for ALL
Customs Clearance Charges, Duties, Fees and Taxes |

Export Documents |
A $25.00 charge applies for orders
requiring Export Documents.
Export Documents are required for ALL orders shipped outside the
United States. |
