These Gas Multideck ovens are truly in a class of their own. The four-pan multideck takes up a mere 41.5" of width and 27" of depth, perfect for tight space requirements. It will hold four, 18" x 26" pans.

These multideck ovens are equipped with highly efficient steel tubular burners. The 2324, four-pan oven has two, U-shaped tubular burners that supply 60,000 BTU's for great performance and fast recovery.

The "2300 Series" ovens are constructed on a 14-gauge, hot-rolled base with prime 18 & 20-gauge, cold-rolled top and sides. The interior is made of Armco Type-l, 20 gauge, aluminized steel. The shelves are made of 16-gauge, aluminized steel.

Each of the four decks of the 2324, four-pan oven measure 33" x 22" x 7.5". They can easily handle an 18" x 26" pan, or a variety of other products.
