Pour Bars

Pour Bars are used in place of conical assay molds in the fire assay process.  When the proper pouring technique is used, the slag pours onto the table and only the lead goes into the cavity.  

Use the tapered cavity for easier button removal.

Available with Flat or Conical bottom.

All pour bars are 24 position, and there is a slightly greater gap between positions 12 and 13 as a reference guide.  Other custom configurations are available by special order.

Numbered pour bars have numbers stamped on the top edge of the bar for visual confirmation, and also in the bottom of the cavity "mirrored" so the number will be embossed onto the lead button.
