Sieves, Screens & Shakers

Laboratory testing sieves and sieve shakers are used to do particle size analysis. Test sieves come in different materials: brass, stainless steel, or brass frames with stainless steel mesh. Diameters include 3", 8", and 12" with mesh sizes ranging from 4 millimeters to 38 microns. Sieves can be stacked on a sieve shaker with a cover and bottom pan. Sieve shakers provide uniform motion to ensure reproducible results.
