Limited Warranty

At Legend, Inc. your complete satisfaction is our goal. If any item purchased from us does not meet your expectations,
simply return it within 30 days of the invoice date, postage or shipping pre-paid, for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund.
Except as described in our guarantee, there are no expressed warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Legend, Inc. shall not be subject to, and disclaims any other obligation or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty or any obligations whatsoever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by Legend, Inc. or any undertakings, acts, or omissions relating thereto or any consequential, incidental, and contingent damages whatsoever.

Used equipment is sold “as is” and includes a 30 return policy. If the item is not as expected or does not meet expectations it may be returned (shipping pre-paid) for a full refund (less shipping charges).
