Cress C-1228 Single Chamber Furnace with Watlow PM6E controller
Includes 2" roof port, 2/3 to back for exhaust and 1" door inlet port with adjustable swing gate.

USES: This furnace is designed for general use in the shop, laboratory or factory that require temperatures from 300^oF to 2250^oF. Their use includes heat treating metals, ashing processes, assaying and all types of testing.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLS: Auto tuning microprocessor-based Watlow PM6 controller. Solid-state zero voltage switching of power to elements improves temperature control. Other Controllers available.
ELEMENTS: Cress winds precision (digitally controlled element winder) high-temperature iron-aluminum alloy wire into elements and mounts them on the side walls in alumina plates.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Case constructed from heavy gauge sheet steel and finished in gray hammer tone enamel. The easily operated, counter-balanced door is always away from the operator. All walls and the door constructed of the finest quality -insulating firebrick backed by up with 1900^oF block insulation (there is no asbestos). The furnace comes complete with cord and plug.
SAFETY SWITCH: These models come equipped with a door safety switch. When door opens, elements disconnect from the power source. Solid-state zero voltage switching of power to elements.
